E. Brian Finkelstein
Partner
Mr. Finkelstein has served as President and CEO of Helix Financial Systems, a subsidiary of Cantor Fitzgerald. Before that, he was the Managing Director of Global Finance Operations at UBS. While there he developed the global money market business into one of the strongest on Wall Street. Now, as a Partner at Broad Financial, he creates the ecosystems that allow for profitable self-direction.
Mervyn Klein
Partner
Mr. Klein brings together vast real estate experience with acuity for technological development. He founded the Read Group which produced notable product successes like Flotex, Endura, and Mapei. He was also a principal in Hudson Development LLC, where he developed major commercial ventures such as the Anheuser-Busch New York Distribution Facility and Prada’s North American Distribution Center. This experience in innovative platforming has allowed Mr. Klein to drive Broad in achieving the industry’s highest consumer ratings.
Daniel Gleich
Partner
Daniel Gleich brings to Broad Financial over twenty-five years of entrepreneurial experience. As a hands-on President and CEO, Mr. Gleich is responsible for setting the vision, tone, and culture of our organization. Leveraging his keen financial acumen, entrepreneurial know-how, and creativity, Mr. Gleich is constantly propelling Broad Financial forward and maintaining its position at the forefront of the financial services industry. Additionally, Mr. Gleich is the driving force behind Broad Financial’s amazing “employee-first” culture. Leveraging his extensive training from Disney Institute, Stephen Covey’s 7-Habits, (Taking Flight with) DISC, Kim Scott’s Radical Candor, and Daniel Goleman’s Emotional Intelligence, Mr. Gleich has infused his passion for training into all departments at Broad Financial. As a result, our employees intentionally and consistently display the behaviors that support our culture of caring, collaborating, improving, and empowering. It is Mr. Gleich’s firm belief that happy employees lead to happy clients which lead to happy shareholders (in that order). Gina Stoddard
Chief of Staff
As Chief of Staff, Gina has multiple responsibilities that collectively keep Broad Financial running smoothly. Gina serves as the liaison between our President/CEO and his senior management team. Gina serves as a confidant and advisor to our President/CEO, acting as a sounding board for ideas. Additionally, Gina heads our recruiting/interviewing team and is responsible for coordinating our training and team-building events. By deeply understanding our company’s culture, Gina leads by example and personifies our culture of Caring, Collaborating, Improving, and Empowering. Gina’s can-do attitude is contagious, never afraid to tackle what comes her way, and always doing so with her trademark smile and cheerful demeanor. Prior to joining Broad Financial, she served as Marketing Manager at Primary Financial and has over 10 years of experience in the financial industry.
Laurah Boswell
Operations Team Lead
Ms. Boswell has been with Broad Financial since 2016 and now oversees the Broad Financial Operations Department. In addition to developing new practices and procedures to enhance our client's experience, she facilitates the completion of interdepartmental tasks and encourages communication to ensure our clients have a smooth journey to financial freedom. Always with a smile, she ensures her team is operating effectively and efficiently, and that each team member reaches their maximum potential.
Joel Galkin
Support Team Lead
Mr. Galkin started with the Broad Financial team in 2016. He brings three years of experience in the insurance industry, as well as three years of experience in technology to his role. He has been a pivotal member of Broad’s support team for a little over four years and is focused on ensuring that all clients have a smooth setup experience. He also acts as a resource for clients, addressing any questions and concerns that may arise about their accounts. With recent additions to the team, Mr. Galkin has assumed the role of Team Lead, which involves training members of the support team to be dependable and reliable resources for our clients.
